Information we process
Launchost processes account details, authentication and security records, property and room information, inventory, shopping plans, team memberships, usage records, and images you submit.
How we use information
We use this information to provide and secure the service, operate room workflows, send requested account and team communications, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.
AI processing
When you request image generation, furnishing analysis, or another AI-assisted feature, the relevant room images and context are sent to the configured provider. Avoid including guests or personal documents in room images. Provider processing is also governed by that provider’s terms.
Team access
Property owners can invite people by email and assign property-scoped roles. Active co-hosts can access the property data needed for their role. Owners can revoke that access from the Team area.
Storage and security
Customer images are stored in private object storage and served through authenticated access checks. We use encryption in transit, access controls, rate limits, audit records, and operational backups. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Service providers
We use carefully selected infrastructure, email, storage, authentication, analytics, and AI providers to operate Launchost. They receive only the information needed to provide their services.
Retention and your choices
Account controls allow you to update key details and request an export or deletion. Some records may be retained where legally required or reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or backup integrity.
